1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Exit 156 Capital LLC (“Exit 156,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit exit156.com and related pages (the “Site”), submit information through our contact or intake forms, or interact with Max, our AI-assisted chat experience on the Site.
This policy is a working draft prepared for review by Exit 156 and its counsel. It is not legal advice and is not final until approved.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Information you provide. Name, email, phone number, company or firm details, investment- or opportunity-related information, messages, and other fields you submit through forms or chat.
- Usage data. Device type, browser, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar technical data.
- Communications. Records of inquiries you send us by form, email, or chatbot.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate opportunities or partnership interest
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Max
- Maintain internal lead and CRM-style records
- Comply with law and protect our rights
- Send follow-up communications you request (for example, newsletter signup)
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Site intake submissions to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
4. Max Chatbot
Max is an AI-assisted guide embedded on the Site (served via a Cloudflare Worker interface). Conversations you have with Max may be transmitted to and processed by our service providers that power the chat experience, including hosting and model providers as configured by Exit 156.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential deal materials through Max unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the chat service.
- Max provides general information about Exit 156 and related topics. It is not investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create a client or investor relationship.
- Chat content may be logged for quality, security, and improvement purposes.
5. Contact Forms & Lead Records
Our Opportunity and Capital Partner intake forms collect the fields shown on the Contact page. Submissions may be stored in systems we use to manage leads (for example, a Google Sheet or similar workspace tools controlled by Exit 156) and accessed by Exit 156 personnel who need them to respond.
Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond if required fields are missing.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legitimate business and legal retention needs, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when a revised version takes effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
